Kuwait’s Zain Group has announced that an Iraqi court has lifted a freeze on future revenue of Zain Iraq.
But the company added that previously frozen revenues remain blocked, after a $4.5 billion lawsuit against the Iraqi firm was dismissed this month.
In April, we reported that Zain was being sued for $4.5 billion over its 2007 acquisition of Iraqi telecom operator Iraqna for $1.2 billion from Egypt’s Orascom Telecom.

Baghdad / Iraq News Network: confirmed a coalition of state law, Wednesday, that the president of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki only has the right to choose his replacement as prime minister, and on his shoulder the responsibility for the nomination of the most efficient of the cluster for this position. Said Coalition MP Samira al-Moussawi said in a statement today “The task of choosing the alternative of state law for submission to the National Alliance to form a government rests with the head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, the outgoing.” and added, “The issue of alternative Maliki discussed by the leaders of the National Alliance did not tell us one name alternative until now,” indicating that “the person who will agree it should be regaining national consensus as called for by reference.” She continued, al-Moussawi said the “National Alliance asked us to provide a candidate non-Maliki to form a government as our coalition won the highest percentage of the vote,” asserting that “it is the responsibility of al-Maliki only choose candidate designee nor the validity of the members of the state of law in that. “It is said that the Iraqi parliament has chosen on Tuesday, Salim al-President of the Parliament, and chose Haider Abadi, deputy First, Aram Sheikh Mohammed as second deputy, all of whom spare no absolute majority (half +1) of the House of Representatives.

There is no doubt in my mind that there will be some (few) adjustments for the 2014-2015 federal budget. But for them to drag this out, no, that will not happen. Our sources have told us this is first on the list. Budget and HCL will be passed together. Then you know the rest of the story.
So do not go and get bummed out over misleading articles like this.

Papajack: Yesterday a fellow that goes by the name Txxxx Txx told me I was deceiving everybody in here, it seems he believes the RV is all about Iraq and even though many times I told him we didn’t agree he just can’t seem to understand people can have a different way of looking at something. That being said I thought I would clarify my position so you all know where I’m coming from and form your own opinion.
First off I believe in ONE GOD, eternally existent in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, and first and foremost one needs to be BORN AGAIN. Secondly I’m an American PATRIOT, I believe in GOD and COUNTRY in that order.
I believe our blessing will come in the form of not only an RV of Iraq but as a GLOBAL RESET that will strip the corrupt bankers and people that have controlled things for the last 143 years by fraud of all of their demonic deception.
I believe most of the delays have been getting these bad guys under control and setting things right, and I was told by an IMF contact that once Iraq turned over the approved rates to the IMF it was game on and they were out of it. I was told that happened long ago.
I believe Iraq is being used by the DARK CABAL bad guys as a scape goat to delay the GLOBAL RESET as it strips them of all the power they have stolen from the people of the world by deception. However there was a power vacuum created in Iraq by the actions or inaction as the case might be by the current administration here in the US.
But does that make it all about Iraq again? I’m told it doesn’t but you can make your own judgment on that. But ask yourself would they have been released ART 7 if they hadn’t?
So that is where I have been coming from, I won’t go into details because there are so many you can’t chase every rabbit trail but please understand I have never been out to mislead anyone and I have always stated that most of what I said was just my opinion.
Nobody have been right yet that is why we are still waiting and things are alive and fluid. I believe we are closer than stink on a skunk and the bad guys are almost cornered so they can’t keep messing this thing up. But hey that’s just my humble opinion. You all be blessed.
