Crocker calls on Washington not to neglect Iraq and strengthen diplomatic effort

BAGHDAD / obelisk: called Ryan Crocker, a fellow extruded at the Institute of Jackson at Yale University, and the U.S. ambassador to Iraq in the period between 2007 and 2009, in an article published (The Washington Post and Bloomberg News Service), his country’s “leading diplomatic effort continuously high level to keep the Iraqis from Edge stand out now. ”

Crocker emphasized that “this is what we must do now as we did as of 2007, warning that” the cost of bets for Iraq and the entire region on any scenario other than that, will be very high. ”

It helps, it also benefits Crocker, “The United States, which withdrew its troops from Iraq in 2011, they still retain considerable influence in it, which leads us to expect that Iraqi leaders will need to help us.”

It describes Crocker, in his article, the situation in Iraq, as a “turn very dangerous at the moment, events that took place there in recent days reminiscent of those that led to the civil war actual year 2006, and necessitated the need for a significant increase in U.S. troop levels, and applying a new strategy, and engage in fierce fighting on the part of those forces. ”

It draws Crocker that “places that broke the recent violence, are almost the same as that witnessed the events that led to the civil war seven years ago, and a lot of those places was a stronghold of al-Qaeda when U.S. military began to increase the number of his troops, and before the spread of the Awakening movement, which contributed to the reconciliation among disaffected Sunni Arabs and Shiite central government in Baghdad. ”

And escalated attacks by al-Qaeda in Iraq in recent months and led to heavy losses, which was the loss rate is the highest in many years. As these events occurred against the backdrop of a political rift with increased risk.

And due to the escalation of these events, the United States. To give special attention to the situation in Iraq.

As a witness to an important period of political events that prevailed in Iraq, says Crocker that “Iraq’s march began towards reconciliation and political pluralism in 2007 and 2008, which have seen an improvement in the security situation as a result of increasing the number of U.S. troops, which provided an opportunity for leaders of the Sunni and Shia to work to resolve their differences through reconciliation, rather than the option of violence. helped the parties’ commitment to maintain peace on the Taktehma to those critical period that followed the 2010 elections, which were won by a single party a clear mandate, and helped them also to transcend reality arrested a member of the security guard to the Vice President of the Republic Sunni Tareq al-Hashemi on terrorism charges and the subsequent trial of the same Hashemi in absentia, and sentenced him to death. ”

And goes on to say “Although the issues internal politics was she who attracts the attention of the Sunni areas that masters protests during the past four months, the Iraqi security forces and Sunni leaders, protesters, have exercised a great deal of restraint and not to escalate, despite the events of deadly violence.”

It describes Crocker how the last week has seen a fundamental change, he says, “when accused security forces of protesters in the town of Hawija near Kirkuk, harboring the killers of Iraqi soldiers at the inspection site, which is denied by the protesters did not surrender any persons to the security forces. At the twenty-third of April, security forces searched the camp for the protesters, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes, and dozens from both sides were killed or wounded. has led to strained atmosphere, high anger in the region to the extent that tribal elders Sunnis, who were calling for restraint, they are now calling the fighting. reported news that the tribes are seeking currently recruiting ex-rebels and the willingness to fight, which created a very tense atmosphere and provided the conditions for the occurrence of some violent incidents each resulted in the fall of 40 victims in just one day. ”

He adds, “These developments violent carries implications are very dangerous to the security and stability of Iraq, for example, that al-Qaida in Iraq has already begun to re-establish its presence in areas which were U.S. and Iraqi forces have successfully cleared of fighters human and material dramatically during the past five years. If you add to this the fact that the Frente victory, the interface al-Qaeda in Syria, trying at the moment abduction of militant secularism of the Assad regime, we realize that these developments threaten not only wasting the gains made since 2007, but also activate the forces of violent extremism in the heart of the Arab world, and which now burns in Syria, which has seen fierce fighting between the regular army and the army of the various factions of the Syrian opposition. ”

Crocker emphasizes that “Iraq needs today, to defuse the crisis, and address the grievances of those who feel they have been wronged.”

He goes on to say, “one of the most important new complaints those of the postponement of provincial elections in Anbar and Nineveh, for security reasons – up to the Fourth of July – and that need to be addressed fast because the deferred raises sectarian feelings of marginalization in the hearts of residents of the two provinces.”

Crocker believes that “the protests that erupted in the Sunni provinces were not the result of postponing the elections, but also to demand the introduction of significant reforms in the policies of the Iraqi prisons, and in the way in which the implementation of the de-Baathification law.”

The inevitable day for the Iraqi people – according to Crocker – and its leaders at the moment, “recapture the spirit of commitment that prevailed among them in 2007, and led to the rejection of sectarian violence with the subsequent Order of the front in order to build a better Iraq for all Iraqis without exception or exclusion” .

Crocker points at the end of his article, how the U.S. Secretary of State “showed a real spirit of initiative when making Iraq a station in his first foreign trip.”

It demands Crocker, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry that “restores to recall the importance that represented Iraq for the United States and for regional stability as a whole, and that works to communicate with all Iraqi leaders., And other steps proposed in this regard-level meeting of Trustees of the Office of the joint that have been established under the Convention strategic framework agreement signed between the two countries. ”

Chinese Yuan News: China’s Big Dilemma — Currency Reform

33869512-yuan.240x160China’s central bank has been talking tough on currency reform while it has also intensified market intervention, highlighting the fine line it must walk in trying to liberalize the yuan.

Critics, including the United States, see the intervention as another sign that Beijing is dragging its feet in letting market forces determine the yuan’s exchange rate.

But the wall of money being printed by China’s trading partners under their super-loose monetary policies is flooding emerging markets with speculative cash, which has put the yuan under strong upward pressure this year.

“It’s difficult to make the currency manipulation argument,” said Zhang Zhiwei, chief China economist for Nomura Securities in Hong Kong. “There are a lot of things that central bankers are doing nowadays that are not really regarded as best practice; we are in uncharted waters these days and everything is relative.”

The yuan is a closely managed currency that is allowed to trade 1 percent either side of a midpoint set by the central bank each day. However, Beijing is steadily relaxing its tight grip on the currency as it tries to restructure the world’s second-biggest economy away from a reliance on exports and towards greater domestic consumption.

Critics, including many Western governments, argue that Beijing is not opening its markets quickly enough and some suggest moves to date have lacked any real substance. For its part, China fears that opening up too fast will destabilize the economy.

Many dealers thought the central bank was signalling a loosening of its control of the market in the fourth quarter of 2012 when it largely abstained from its traditional role of buying up foreign exchange.

Even when companies refused to exchange dollars for yuan within the daily permitted trading band, prompting a collapse in trading volumes, the regulator stayed on the sidelines.

But 2013 has seen the return of a nanny central bank as the amount of dollars entering the economy picked up. China’s foreign currency reserves, already the world’s largest by far, swelled by $128 billion in the first quarter, the biggest quarterly increase since the second quarter of 2011.

“Recent resumption of intervention on a large scale is troubling,” the U.S. Treasury said in a semi-annual currency report issued on April 12.

The report argued that China was once again keeping the yuan at an artificially low level by buying up foreign currency. It also criticised China’s unwillingness to disclose its intervention in a transparent manner.

As the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) was intervening, central bankers suggested China remained firmly on the path of reform.

Deputy governor Yi Gang told an International Monetary Fund forum in Washington on April 17 that the time had come to widen the yuan’s trading band again. A day later, he said conditions were ripe to further open up China’s capital account.

Yi’s statements followed similar comments by a more junior PBOC official that were given prominent play in the official English-language China Daily.

The comments received less coverage in Chinese-language state media, which some dealers said suggested that the reform talk was political gesturing for foreign consumption.

Genuinely Bullish

Adding to the interventionist criticism, the PBOC set its daily midpoint at a series of record highs in the run-up to the G-20 meeting in Washington late last week, prompting speculation it was pushing the currency higher to head off potential criticism that it was undervalued.

“The slew of record-high midpoints are contrary to the PBOC’s repeated pledge to keep the yuan stable,” said a trader at a European bank in Shanghai. “Given this lack of transparency, lots of speculative talk is circulating.”

The central bank let the yuan appreciate 2.36 basis points between April 12 to 17, setting record highs along the way, compared with a rise of only 1.54 basis points for all of 2012.

Those dates spanned the publication of the Treasury currency report, a visit to China by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and the G-20 meeting – events that have served as platforms for criticism of China currency controls in the past.

On the other hand, the yuan has continued to set record highs since the end of the summit, and PBOC data shows that corporates, both onshore and off, remain genuinely bullish on the currency.

What Foreigners Want

Another quandary for Beijing is that liberalization of the yuan, while economically beneficial in the long run, could impede in the near term the promotion of the usage of the currency in international trade.

Getting trading partners to invoice transactions in yuan would reduce exchange rate risk for Chinese firms and reduce the need to continue accumulating foreign currency reserves, which were equivalent to about 40 percent of China’s GDP in 2012.

But profit-seeking companies are less interested in helping China reduce exchange rate risk than helping their own bottom lines, and when the yuan fell against the dollar in the first half of 2012 as the Greek credit crisis roiled global markets, companies backed off from holding yuan assets or settling trade in yuan.

“It’s good to maintain at least a stable currency with some small appreciation,” said Patrick Wu, head of yuan trading at JPMorgan.

“Today the renminbi obviously is outperforming. The reason is they want to show a good gesture to corporates saying, ‘Come here, use our currency for settlement’.”

This is not the same as liberalization, he said, but for the time being it is necessary.

4-9-2013: Iraqi Dinar Guru guesses!!!

4-9-2013: Iraqi Dinar Guru guesses!!!

Iraqi Dinar Guru..HELP!!4-9-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 Hearing great news this morning that all charges against Dr Shabibi are officially dropped?? this would allow him to come back and be the cbi governor if he chooses. Also hearing that MALIKI’S GOON TURKI he placed in that cbi roll has now got charges and arrest warrants against him for stealing the 10 tons of gold??? WOULD NOT WANT TO BE IN HIS SHOES. NEXT I ALSO HAVE HEARD A RUMOR THAT MALIKI HAS MADE A DEAL TO LEAVE WITH IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION BUT THIS IS VERY UNCONFIRMED…WE WILL KEEP TRYING TO CONFIRM IF THIS IS FACTUAL AND IF IT IS WE COULD SEE THE RV MUCH SOONER THAN LATER. THIS SOUNDS VERY POSSIBLE AND HAS LIFTED MY SPIRITS HIGH TODAY. POPPY3

4-9-2013 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man WE WERE INFORMED THIS “EVENT” WAS TO TAKE PLACE YESTERDAY WITH A POSSIBILITY OF IT RUNNING INTO TODAY. I HAVE NOT HEARD DIFFERENT YET TODAY. THERE WERE SOME REDEMPTION’S LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING FOR A FEW SELECTED OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FROM HIGHER UP’S THAN US COMMON INVESTOR’S. WHEN THEY WILL ACTIVATE THE ALLOCATION FOR US AS INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR’S IS UNKNOWN. WE APPEAR TO BE VERY CLOSE WITH SO MANY WELL INFORMED INVESTOR’S ALREADY BEING ACCOMMODATED. AT LEAST WE ARE AT THE POINT OF KNOWING THAT THE MONEY IS STARTING TO FLOW–MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHO IS FIRST—WE’LL BE NEXT

4-9-2013 Intel Guru OCrush The CoM had a session today passing a variety of draft laws. This session took place with the attendance of the PM, Pres. of the council and other bloc leaders. It seems, the laws that are passing do not need to be voted by parliament. We think that parliament has given that power to there respected blocs to pass laws without them. That would be great news for us.

4-9-2013 Intel Guru OCrush Also, the provinces are asking for there money, especially Kirkuk, to implement there projects and to run the provincial elections. This also tells us the 2013 was not opened yet:) (good news). The emergency fund that was created is to pay for govermental operations not to fund projects. It also seems the integrity commission has exonerated Mr. Shabbs. Lets see where that goes with Mr. Shabbs and his team:) There is word that the Sadrists are backing Maliki now. we find it curious that there is absolutely no news on article 140′s outcome.

4-9-2013 Newshound Guru Doc To say Maliki is not the issue is to deny obvious and stated facts. Many argue Maliki was put into place by the PTB and don’t worry about him. In the same breath they argue the USA is part of the PTB. In our last update we showed where Allawi, Bazari, many MPs and Kerry all said Maliki is THE isssue and must go. Well we are happy to report there is a plan to remove Maliki.

4-9-2013 Newshound Guru Doc A recent article is quoted as “The U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry during a meeting with one of the leaders of the Iraqi List prominent during his recent visit to Iraq, said that the best way to change Nuri al-Maliki is refuge to take the road of democratic goal to hold early parliamentary elections.” Not only has Maliki lost favor with everyone they are making definite plans to get him out of the way. Other articles talk about rearranging Parliament’s schedule to coincide with after the elections. We do not feel this is a coincidence.

4-9-2013 Newshound Guru Doc The down side to this strategy is it will take time. Parliament is not scheduled to resume until late April which is after the early elections. With this is quite obvious we will not see any currency reform until after late April. As we have documented many times GOI stability (power sharing) appears to big the 50 lb gorilla in our quest for RV and getting Maliki out of the way is the great road block. We are extremely optimistic the election process will solve this issue and we finally reap the reward of patience. It appears there is a full court press to this end. We report, you decide.

4-9-2013 Intel Gurus Frank26 & Delta Budget looks strange and fishy because it didn’t take normal process…they can’t find the budget in the Gazette. The MOJ was attacked cause they knew it would affect the process of the budget, it’s because of conflict with Shia and Sunni’s. They confirmed Gazette bldg was attacked but that budget was already printed, but where is it? When Shabibi was in charge said no new law needed for budget only instructions on the currencies and posted in the Gazette…The COM approved four days ago the instructions and was on TV. The instructions are part of the 2013 budget. The budget…has the new rate…

4-9-2013 Intel Gurus Frank26 & Delta Malki is taking advantage of the situation…waiting till last minute before elections to show it. Although the elections for PM will be next year, his affiliates are this year and people will remember him next year that he did an excellent job. The distribution of money from budget to begin next week, the cards this week. This week should be the week we see the change of the Iraqi Dinar! The currency has to go international. This week should be very, very hot and it’s possible that in the next 72 hours the new rate should appear. As soon as CBI announces it the rate will show throughout the USA. We will all be surprised about the rate!

4-9-2013 Intel Guru Bluwolf Hello everyone, it is 8:21am in the Island of Enchantment Puerto Rico 78º and sunny. And before someone talks in on holdups, computer issues or government conspiracies, please let me inform you that all is clear and that their are no issues what so ever. We are waiting in tolerance and calm as the banks for the GREEN LIGHT…Thou it sounds like a broken record I must repeat that no one has seen the actual rate nor do they know the actual hour or date of this forthcoming.

4-9-2013 Intel Guru BWM [If this all set and loaded, then why is everyone still saying that "its all up to Iraq to pull the trigger/push the button"?] IMO those ppl are looking in the wrong place…it’s been my opinion for the last couple of years this is not in Iraq’s hands…and those that insist on Iraq having control of their currency do not understand the power of the IMF.

4-9-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article: “Parliament decides to extend the legislative term for a month.” The SLC (Maliki’s bunch) wanted in the worst way to get the “pause button” pushed and let things cool off for a while. This move by the Parliament was about as “in your face” as they could be today. The protests have made a difference and I suspect Maliki will be on the agenda before the next recess.

4-8-2013 Intel Guru Soonerfan62 over the last 6 months i have realized that there was a lot more that needed to be done that none of us knew at the time. Happy to say that most has now been done and i for one and most of the rest of the old (lol) providers now know that we can finally get excited because we are at the end finally. Imo, in the next day or two. we are coming to a close of this venture real soon…[will we see it tonight] WE COULD. its been a long road but like all roads they have to have an end.

4-8-2013 Intel Guru Soonerfan62 [Do you think Iraq Is already a member of WTO?] YES. [will VND go also with iqd?] HAS TO. [Is seeing anything in the Gazette really of any importance?] YES. [Do you think that it will RI then RV sir?] NO. [So who's in the driver's seat now?] US. [will (we) be suprised with the rates?] YES. [Is there going to be a limited time to ce for best rate] PLENTY OF TIME. like i said i think we’re out of time…i truly believe we are coming to the end.

4-8-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Flashing KEEP AN EYE ON THE VISIT OF THE KUWAITI PRIME MINISTER. THE END IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. THE FINAL PROTOCOLS ARE ABOUT TO HAPPEN. THEY WILL NOT INFORM THE ARRIVAL OF THE KUWAITI PRIME MINISTER UNTIL HE IS THERE BECAUSE OF SECURITY CONCERNS.

4-8-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Flashing THEY ARE ABOUT TO BE MOVED FROM CH 7 TO 6. THIS WILL HAPPEN ONCE THE BILATERAL AGREEMENTS BE SIGNED. BE POSITIVE, ALERT , CONFIDENT AND PREPARED. DON’T BE DISAPPOINTED IF NOTHING HAPPENS TODAY. ONE MORE TIME, THIS IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. WITH RESPECT TO RATE. RUMORS ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY DIFFERENT TO THE RATES BEING GIVEN BY THE OTHER INTEL PROVIDERS WITH RESPECT TO IQD. SO BE HAPPY.

4-8-2013 Intel Guru TerryK I’M GOING TO GIVE YOU WHAT I GOT FROM MY SOURCE EARLIER. I’M GETTING THIS FROM 3 SOURCES.(his fortune cookie guy, gum ball machine and his crystal ball!! lmao!!) THIS RV IS TO SHOW ITSELF EITHER TONIGHT OR TOMORROW. YES O IS TRYING TO HOLD IT UP. HE IS TRYING FOR A HIGHER TAX ON EXCHANGE…PERIOD.

4-8-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni The central banks are in this to make money. Coming out at some rate (like 1 to $1) would deprive them of profiting on the way up. The information is clear, they want to let the “market” set the rate. That means that they will come out low, and let the buying/selling of the currency through an established form of presentation dictate the rate of the dinar over time.

4-8-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni That being said, I think everyone knows the dinar is extremely undervalued so it should rise fairly quickly. Keep in mind again, the IMF has asked Iraq to choose an “exchange regime” not a RV rate. IMO, and this is nothing more than an educated guess, once the dinar comes out, it could take 6-12 months to reach 1 to $1.

4-8-2013 Newshound Guru Shredd the issue of cash supply is escalating… Flight forward to a revised monetary policy or retreat. Those are the options Iraq faces. I don’t know about you but retreat hasn’t been the theme in Iraq for a while. More and more, time is on our side….the longer the status quo in this regard, the greater and growing need for the dinar to be Iraq’s currency becomes.

4-8-2013 Newshound Guru Shredd regarding why they don’t or haven’t already….I think it’s pretty clear Stability is the goal…My strong sense is we are in a fine-tuning stage right now and have been for a bit. it’s hard for us, looking from the outside in, to see the whole picture, looking back is all we have and that is an awesome view…banking and investment laws, regulation and compliance, a revived isx, infrastructure growing by the day, oil production like it never has and kurds getting their whey and what we have been seeing imo is the answer you seek. So much news about stability in the currency, blocking counterfeiting, banking transparency and smart cards. All these things need to be in place. So, to me…once the currency stability is there, we will see the implementation of the new monetary policy.

Monday Late Afternoon Dinar Chatter and Opinions

MIG:

wileymorgan] folks we’re at the end game…how long will it take to tie up loose ends is anyones guess.

[goin4broke] wileymorgan good too see you.

wileymorgan] the hold ups and delays are anyone’s guess and I have sure seen a lot of them recently (some borderline on the absurd), the truth of the matter is that the banks are ready to go. All is up and ready from their end; only need the release to facilitate.

Now why would they do all of this if it were not ready…the man hours and payroll involved is not for nothing. NO rate or date will be given early to any individual or group, it will just show at the bank,

IMF/UST know that the banks talk to people in the dinar community, so to keep it from being put out (other than giving forums pure misinformation) is to withhold the true rate and date from the banks too.

[goin4broke] BOBGETZ6 I read wiley’s post and I read RV. ha ha

[highhopes] wileymorgan Thank you so much…It has to be close!!

[ cat-in-the-hat] We are closer than yesterday … is a for sure

[wileymorgan] over the weekend I was told some disturbing news – “Generals was planning on using everyones information for some marketing deal.” I want to assure all that this is truely not the case. Everyones email was asked for so that it could be used to communicate from the server that was aquired in order to send out the mass revaluation notification. Once that emailed is out the server will be purged of all relevant data. End of story

Papa Bear] wileymorgan I agree with Wiley on this subject. Rest at ease

Expendable4] 4-8-13 Footforward: There has been no RV in Canada at all. No one is cashing out, no one in any other country has cashed out, no politicians, no one. None of this is true. People insist Maliki is the problem. If he is the problem why doesn’t anyone do anything about it. Maliki and Shabibi were placed in power.

Iraq is not in control, they have done everything they need to do. Maliki has nothing to do with the RV at all. The CBI and the GOI are separate entities. People want answers as to why this hasn’t happened yet. We will never have all the answers.

Iraq has done all they need to do. John Kerry went to Iraq for PR control. He didn’t go there for anything pertaining to the RV, he has no bearing on the timing of the RV.

[billuke] So…did anybody see OCrush’s post in PD?

[.043] billuke Half of our world is buying bubbly stuff and half is buying beer to cry in. Did OCrush help on one side of the equation?

[billuke] .043 oh yes he did….and I’m afraid to say

I4U:

[wittsend] spiritfilled Are others supporting Okie here or has OCrush’s post dashed hopium?

[spiritfilled] wittsend no everything is good ..Okie post good we will see in the next 24 hours or so…IMO

[spiritfilled] wittsend Wd , Jester, and Redwolf are still on track based on real world activities not the guy in the trench coat on the corner..the only negative is that which comes in posts from people who seem to go off on whatever..Okie is still running point and this baby is fixing to deliver…IMO

[sandytob] wittsend read WD in the forum. He said the higher tiers are moving….so we must be next.

[redhead1] remember last week were told there were no tiers and we would all ce at the same time at the same rate

[sandytob] redhead1 I do not remember anyone saying there were no tiers. I think what was said was that the group leaders would cash out at the same time we would, and also it was said that (but only by TerryK) that the PPs would go the same time as we would. But the countries have always been tier 1.

[okrocks] I am not sure why but I have a deep feeling any info dealing with or coming out of Iraq right now is even deeper smoke than ever before… might be a good time to ignore it and wait for the smoke to clear… just my thoughts

[bullwinkle] redhead1 seems like we have heard so manythings lately i just want to hear GO TO THE BANK!!!

[sandytob] redhead1 and the whales have been in tier 2.

[redhead1] sandytob – I know alot of whales and none have been told they are cashing out

[wittsend] okrocks Let’s hope you’re right!!

[sandytob] redhead1 just saying that some of them are in tier 2. I know that for a fact. Don’t know if they are cashing out yet.

[myprayerrealized] redhead1 Is it possible the whales you know are under NDAs?

[redhead1] myprayerrealized – nope – not at all – who would give them one?

[prosperous1] redhead1 they may have vouchers and under NDA

[myprayerrealized] redhead1 LOL I have no idea how this CE RV thingy is going to work for us & I certainly will never know the process for whales. Just asking a question … no harm intended

[redhead1] prosperous1 – some of the ones in Reno wanted or expected vouchers – but nothing was ever done

***************************

[WCW] we all have been watching the world events for 2 years now that i have been in this and no world event has gave us an rv yet this was to be done by 3-30=13 but it couldn t cause the problem is still in iraq u all can follow who u want but this aint happening till the problem in iraq is took care of

[spiritfilled] ALL I believe is that Iraq signed off on the CE several months ago and IMF is in charge with US and China…no article no proof for you ,,just study and correlation of this ..a world reset..the CE just happen to come at a time when it was happening and they do not control the world.IMO

[bullwinkle] WCW you might be right. i wish someone would remove him hes bad news for the people

[heyu288] WCW I am just wondering…. if that date was the code included in the right to purchase Dinar but everything in Iraq had to be just so… How could anyone have possible known or expected everything in Iraq to be set by that date??

[wittsend] spiritfilled OK but I still wonder if they have any regard for the current situation in Iraq even though they may not be bound thereby.

[Andrin] spiritfilled good point AND would they not be in control of their own DFI fund of 370 billion??

[spiritfilled] Andrin Yes

free4flight] spiritfilled I have to agree with you… if the IMF and the rest of the world waits on Iraq to get their sh*t together, it may never happen and yet the problems over there now include riots in the streets because the people are tired of the delays. Why does the world need to wait on Maliki?

spiritfilled] free4flight is not going to happen…we have approx.20,000 troops there in the largest embassy in the world (area wise) and Chapt 7 has not been released for a reason…control…but it is close for them and the CE can obviously happen without Chpt 7..the world currency situation is the deal.IMO

[imperium] WCW yeah and that problem could be resolved with the nod of a head from someplace far away.

[sandytob] WCW As I said yesterday…..Iraq’s problems are way bigger than one person (Maliki)….and will still be there when and if he goes. Religious factions in Iraq fuel suicide bombings and killings all the time. There is a lot of long term work (years) that needs to take place there.

[WCW] everything was done they just a a m problem and it had to be took care of first and it could be already took care of as of right now we wait and see

[keiji] I beleive Malaki is doing what he’s being told to do until everything lines up. If not, he would have been taken care of long ago…

[WCW] folk s we are close real close we just need to let it come to us

[heyu288] WCW Ok. good to hear .. Then it appears ( at least for now roflmao ) that both camps…. iraq and no iraq agree we are within reach….. Thanks
