Hakim meets a senior French official.
BAGHDAD / Nina /–Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim met today at his office in Baghdad the director of the department of the Middle East in the French Foreign Ministry Jean-Francois Giroud and discussed with him the latest developments in Iraq.
During the meeting, Hakim confirmed according to a statement by his office “Iraq’s ability to overcome all problems and crises which facing through the partnership between the political big powers as well as in the formation of a government in line with a clear vision.
For his part , the French official expressed during the meeting, “his country’s support for Iraq in the fight against terrorism and, the implementation of projects for the reconstruction and development of Iraq. / End
