My best guess is a 6 month window. There would be no way they could simply "void" the current notes we hold. 6-4-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana The HCL will be moving soon… Through all the peaks and valleys of the past couple years on the HCL saga, we are nearing the highest peak I have ever seen and I am looking forward to the coming days! Maliki, for his part, is indeed reaching out to the Kurds…with a successful resolution of the HCL I strongly believe they will grudgingly (and temporarily) overlook their disagreement with his win… this will be resolved shortly. I still believe he will continue as PM, and I’m not disturbed by that at all. In fact, I think this rough patch right now while the election results are being finalized is a GREAT time to break down some of the barriers to the HCL, which is going to be GREAT for pushing through to a revaluation and strengthening of the Iraqi Dinar.

I am concerned about some of the false information now coming out of the Iraq…This is serious and it is getting simply ridiculous and almost laughable. I certainly hope it all happens prior to this date. That was well over 15 months now. As well, the TIFA agreement signed in March 2013 stated "freedom of movement of capital" by the end of the year (meaning 2013), so this is not a long ways off IMO. The CBI will make the move soon. As for a timeframe of compliance, we can only hope it is short (few weeks), but I have seen somewhere in a report on the IMF website a statement referring 90 days. That was not directed specifically at Iraq but was talking about maintaining stability of the exchange rate. So IMO, Its 90 days or less once in compliance (if they maintain it). this article...is very compelling to support this theory.

This amounts to a first-stage release of all of the major revaluing currencies, among which we all know includes the IQD, the VND, the IDR and a fistful of others which are increasing in value. The second stage is what we refer to as the Global Currency Reset. We call it a reset because it amounts to a restructuring of currencies based on real value, backed by gold and other tangible assets or commodities with real, exchangeable value...the IQD is the "base currency" for this process. The signing of the final paperwork for Iraq to enter the WTO and the amendment to EO 13303 freeing up the assets of the CBI, now no longer under sanctions within the USA. What I cannot understand is how some can still cling to the notion that Maliki has won a 3rd term as prime minister already.
