tomorrow starts what should be a very interesting month of June.

5-31-13 Stryker: Good morning or afternoon where ever you are when you read this, tomorrow starts what should be a very interesting month of June. With Parliament due back in session around June 14th, with many laws and amendments lined up for their return, their citizens and us can only hope and pray that this sessions Parliament members can achieve history this time by passing all needed laws before the start of their Holy Days of Ramadan.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calender and Muslims worldwide observe this as a month of fasting. The month lasts 29-30 days based on the visual sightings of the crescent moon.

Hilal (the crescent) is typically a day (or more) after the astronomical new moon. Muslims can usually safely estimate the beginning of Ramadan but for most Muslims a visual confirmation per region is recommended. This years Ramadan is scheduled to start on July 9 and last until August 7th according to the Ramadan Calendar that I derived from the Islamic calendar.

So now that we know that Parliament should return on the 14th or 15th of June and Ramadan starts on the 7th of July that only leaves roughly 3 weeks for them to achieve what I will call a miracle if this Parliament could pull it off. The only thing that makes me feel that this miracle can in fact take place is the FACTS that we have uncovered these last few weeks since they have been on holiday break. Speaking of holiday break, maybe, just maybe they were sent on this holiday break so they could extend this coming session into Ramadan if needed to achieve Currency Reform.

OK, let’s look at the FACTS:

So far this year we continue to see the demonstrators pron detainees, well we saw 5,000 of them be released and more to come. They want the Accountability & Judaical Law passed and we have read and I have broken down a few articles that point to this being ready for Parliament. If passed they should finally go home.

We have had two memorandum of understanding signed just in the last few days, on for the border demarcation (land) for both maintenance of these border signs and payments to the farmers approved and transferred by the UN Trust Fund to the Iraqi officials and the projects launched for building of new homes and facilities for them. Another memorandum of understanding signed yesterday that covered the maritime right of ways of navigation of the International water ways through the border demarcations that extend through their shipping channels. I talk about all these on all my WebTV shows this past week.

All this week there have been over 25 articles that talk about Iraq being released out of Chapter VII and into Chapter VI as soon as Iraq pays the remaining $11 billion of restitution to Kuwait and it looks like we may need to see one more memorandum of understanding signed concerning the Archives and missing persons.

Just yesterday we read about these and the Kuwaiti prisoners that were released and the fact that Iraq has no intent to hold any of these back from Kuwait. My friend and Arabic translator told me 4 – 5 months ago about the Kuwait prisoners being released but it is finally good to see it in black in white.

There was an offer made by Iraq to Kuwait yesterday to settle the debt, so we wait to see what comes out of this.

Economic laws, Infrastructure Laws, Oil & Gas Law seem all to be ready for Parliaments return from the hundreds of articles and documents that me and my team have gone over the last month.

Again, this month of June should be interesting to watch play out.
