AND ALSO ANY CHANGE IN A CURRENCY HAS TO BE APPROVED BY THE IMF AND THE IMF HAS TO HAVE 75 DAY NOTICE I BELIEVE FROM THE DATE THEY WANT TO DO IT

NOW THIS ISNT JUST IRAQ INFORMING THE IMF THEY MUST SUBMIT A PLAN HAT EXPLAINS IN DETAIL

tdk: so that looks like a possible hold up as well if they don’t have a detailed plan
harry: its would have to take someone that is smart enough to put a plan together for them
