USAID to qualify Iraqi engineers in the management of investment projects

According to a statement by the United States AgencyEach agency receives Iraq [in] a copy ” Draft matrix of the u.s. Agency for international development provided substantive support to the Ministry of oil in the area of investment projects to ensure greater effectiveness in the implementation of these projects. ”
“One of the outcomes of this support is the Ministry contracted with an American nonprofit institution known to train 17 Iraqi engineers on modern methods of managing investment projects for the purpose of obtaining certificates entitling them to manage these projects according to international standards.” over
