We all know this is not the right way to do this

1-17-2014 Intel Guru DC [what happened to the claw back?] that is being argued right now, though not successfully. I do not have faith they will do what they should. Obviously the people who got the $38 bucks are arguing against the claw back. We all know this is not the right way to do this. This is solvable by one thing – just release it.
