FREEDOM FROM INTERFERENCE AND ENERGIZING YOUR DREAMS

Luckily, the knowledge and techniques that free you from interference also energize your dreams. So, we can accomplish both goals at the same time.

One of the things I like most about the RV process is that it is waking Dinarians up on many levels.

Although most people typically are trained to judge confusion as bad and wrong, it is a sign that your discernment process is actively working for your benefit.

Too many people don’t understand that that sinking feeling in your stomach, “negative” emotions, and your posture caving in are also indications that you are discerning what is not true for you.

What if you allow yourself to recognize that you always know what is going on around you at the deepest levels?

Would you stop ignoring that God-given, on board guidance system and start sorting through the information for your personal truth instead of totally depending on other people’s opinions about the RV?

Additionally, if you paid attention to your discernment process, wouldn’t it free you up from rat trap thinking where you are trying to figure out how to make lies into truth? Wouldn’t that release more energy to you to use for having a better RV experience and actualizing your dreams?

So, let’s start the process of sifting for truth with me sharing a tool I developed for my coaching practice and shared with clients for the last two decades. This tool bypasses your wishful thinking and helps you receive the messages that your discernment process is actually giving you.

Whenever you notice you are having an experience, take a look at the Personal Truth Detector and see where you are in your truth sifting process. In a world of contrasts, you predominately will be on one side of the chart or the other.

If you mainly live your life in your personal truth, then you will remain connected to your Higher Power and automatically be energized and empowered. If you live in someone else’s truth (the not true for you side of the chart), then you will be disconnected from your Higher Power and automatically lose energy and power.

Please feel free to copy this chart, print it out, and carry it around with you. That way, until trusting your discernment becomes a habit, this tool can help you.

Now, that we have a simple discernment tool that helps us take our power back, let’s see how we can use this tool to have a better RV experience. Let’s say we are on one of the Dinar chats, and an intel person comes into the chat with a piece of information.

We might notice that our mind starts running the rat trap, confusion arises, we start sweating and our body posture caves in. What does this mean and what choices can we make?

If we look at the Personal Truth Detector, we see that we are now on the Not True side of the chart. Instead of forcing ourselves to accept the intel as absolutely correct — which causes us to lose energy and personal empowerment — we can make different choices, such as:

  • Acknowledge that our inner discernment is fully functioning and make note of what is not true for us.
  • Do a happy dance of gratitude that we are discerning what is true or not true for us.
  • Ask respectful questions for educational purposes, like “That feels confusing to me, would you please explain that more?” “I feel confused. What did you mean when you said….?”
  • Make note of the details of the circumstances and then do some deep breathing to clear your energy.
  • Take a break from the chat.

Let’s take a look at another common Dinar chat-related experience. We are following several chats and intel guys/gals, and their intel doesn’t match. We intellectually know that different sources will give different information, but we find ourselves angry and confused.

We might even demand that someone give us The Truth. What do we do in this circumstance? Let’s go back to the Personal Truth Detector.

From that, we know that if we are angry and confused, what we are hearing is not true for us, but which part is not true? At this point, the most effective way to use the Personal Truth Detector is to take each and every statement made by the various intel guys/gals and run it through your discernment process.

Here is how I work through the challenge of conflicting intel. I make a side by side list comparing what the intel guys/gals are saying, and I take each statement and repeat it out loud. I watch my body, plug into my emotions, observe my thoughts, and then take these observations and look at the chart.

What I often find is that the thread of what is true for me is made up of a statement here and a statement there from more than one intel provider. I put this truth into a list on my iPhone and add and subtract from that list, because I understand that the RV situation is very fluid and information changes on a dime.

Another example of how to use the Personal Truth Detector may hit home for you. When your life is coming apart at the seams and the RV investment becomes a necessity for you instead of a bonus, where can you go to find out what you need to know to make empowered decisions for yourself and your family?

With this tool, you can go directly to your own discernment. One way to breakthrough RV challenges is to list your choices. Then, speak each choice out loud and see what happens to your connection, thoughts, emotions, and body. Make note of your findings.

Finally, do you want to know if the RV is going to happen today? Ask that question out loud and see whether that information is true for you or not, based on your own discernment. In this way, you are totally empowered as the knower of what is true for you.

This takes the power for adjusting your RV plan out of someone else’s hands and puts it squarely in your own.

These are just a few examples where a practical tool, used with discipline (and I’m talking to myself here as much as you), can help us learn to trust our own discernment process.

As we use the Personal Truth Detector, trusting our connection, mind, emotions, and body will become an effective habit and feel nearly automatic.

When we relearn to trust ourselves and our process, we will empower our knowing and stop resisting what’s not true. This will free our personal energy to support actualizing our dreams.
