The information we received from private sources aligned with public sources prior to the budget’s release. The total budget is in fact 138 trillion dinar (Iraq writes this as 138 thousand billion). By the way 1,000 billion is a trillion. Iraq also assumes almost 95% of its revenue comes from oil and receives USD for its oil. It converts USD to dinar at the program rate of 1166 as it did last year.
