9-8-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar There is a new government in Iraq. It was touch and go as the sects, Sunni, Kurd's and Shia all threatened early this morning to not show at the 8 o'clock meeting to vote the government in. Politics was getting in the way as each group tried at the last minute to better their position, jockeying for positions. The Shia as well as the other blocks made last minute changes to their list of Ministers. They voted this afternoon and low and behold, Iraq has a new government. That sets the stage for everything to follow. The RV should happen this week. Laws that have been awaiting approval for months, some for years, concerning economy should be passed in a basket quickly. NATO will start the assault on the ISIS almost immediately. Intel is holding that the rate will be above $3.50 per dinar. We are close. By late tonight or early tomorrow the news will report the fact that their has been a peaceful democratic change of government in Iraq.

9-8-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling Why can't the dinar come out at $3.21? There is a possibility of a high rate. You have to know the difference between money supply and note count. Wealth gets bigger and bigger as money supply gets bigger and bigger…it's supporting the note count and as the note count gets smaller and smaller…guess what? The value of those notes are going to go up more and more…so there's even more potential for the revaluation. It's going to come up at a lower rate and it's going to build up quick…sooner or later the Iraqi people are going to have to have purchasing power. In 2013 they got the note count down from 6 billion notes to 4 billion note in about 6 months. We have scoured everywhere to find out where they're at in the note count and can't find it anywhere and I doubt we will…it's very strategic how they put that information out.

9-8-2014 Intel Guru Delta The World Bank has the power and will be the one to increase the rate of the IQD. An article from the WB states the fact that the rate of the IQD will be increased, with the contingency that they must see stability in Iraq before they will give the green light. The opening of the Rafidain Bank signals that the rate is about to change, however the new GOI needs to be seated. I'm really not concerned if the budget will be opened or not...only looking for the IR to be released – recalling that the new fiscal year begins Oct 1, historically the IQD has revalued around Sept 22, so IMO, Sept looks solid for something to happen; also, articles have come out stating that people will be paid, salaries will be increased, and places that Daash and ISIS have destroyed will be rebuilt when the IQD increases in value, so IMO, within 2 weeks of the new GOI being seated is a very interesting time to watch for a rate. Banks are ready, all appears to be set and we watch and wait for the rate to come out on the CBI website. [post 2 of 2]
9-8-2014 Intel Guru Delta [via BulldogFord65] Iraqia TV is saying the parliament will vote on the new GOI at 8 pm Monday (Iraq time); could be voted on Tuesday morning; however the USA is pushing hard for the gov’t to be formed and confidence vote very soon. Information from the World Bank indicates that seating of this new GOI is very important for seeing our blessing, IMO. ...there is no indication of delays at this time, so it’s expected to see the confidence vote on Monday night or Tuesday morning. The situation with Daash and ISIS is much improved, they are in retreat, and a top leader of ISIS was killed; several countries in the ME are cooperating to help eliminate Daash and ISIS. Turki will be retired as governor, and then there will be an interim governor, however who the governor is not really important to us at this time, IMO. An article that the Rafidain Bank is advertising for merchants to accept their credit card and to subscribe to internet shopping; these things signal that an international rate is needed and imminent. The Rafidain Bank in London was closed 24 years ago – it has just been reopened – Why now? Again points to an international rate anticipated soon, IMO. Last Friday, 7 ministers were introduced, and they met with officials from the USA, and I Team was guarding them; sitting with Abadi and the ministers was Shabibi -- he was at this meeting; Abadi dismantled everything that Maliki has done, and all of Maliki’s accusations against Shabibi are false and will not be pursued; Shabibi is still in Iraq. HCL is done, but it needs to be voted on.
