7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Administrator Bob As broadcast on al-Iraqiya TV today,
PM al-Maliki has decided not to seek a third term. This also was published on the television network scrolling banner across the bottom of the TV screen.
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday "
The head of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, said Mr. Nuri al-Maliki will not become prime minister in the next government."
SO AS WE SEE THEY ARE NOT HAVING MALIKI AS THE NEXT PM AND THAT MEANS THEY ARE CLOSE OR TO THE NAME OF WHOM IT MAY BE -- IMO.
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Speaking of Kurdistan, there is a pretty big deal going on right now...
they currently have a tanker sitting off the coast of Texas carrying $100 million worth of crude. They declared a major victory when they were to offload it Monday, but a Judge put a temporary delay on this. We are currently waiting for the KRG to make their case...and if they are able to offload this shipment and collect that money, they will have won a MAJOR victory! Again putting more pressure on Baghdad, which is good for us. Kurdistan also has a referendum coming up to vote for Independence. I don't see it happening as of yet, but again...all these things are pushing for action instead of complacency and delays.
Overall... it's looking like we're in for an exciting month of August! [post 2 of 2]
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Parliament still working on the budget...that's nothing new, but it appears they are making progress.
Maliki has yet to be replaced and is maintaining his role as Prime Minister still. There is nobody likely to get enough support in Baghdad to replace him, so like i've been saying for the last few months...he's probably going to stay. A new name you might want to get familiar with is "Muhammad Fuad Masum", the new Iraqi President. We will still hear Talabani's name as he will still be active in the political party Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). [post 1of 2....stay tuned]

URGENT FROM IRAQIA TV: IRAQI PRES WILL ASK MALIKI TO FORM THE GOV AFTER THE HOLIDAY."
This is a calculated move! IMO...CBI will NOT WASTE A SECOND IF M DOES NOT EITHER. Pressures must have had many other factors.
7-30-2014 Intel Guru Delta URGENT FROM IRAQIA TV:
IRAQI PRES WILL ASK MALIKI TO FORM THE GOV AFTER THE HOLIDAY. MALIKI GOT IT AGAIN AS WE SAID... [
Now please let them get the government sat, and pass the laws needed to RV!!]
NO LAWS ARE NEEDED FOR THE RV...CBI IS READY, AS SOON AS WE GET THE OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PM WE SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO.
7-30-2014 Intel Guru DC [via Adept1] Things are exceptionally good – really a continuation from Monday.
We are waiting on the announcement of the PM for the RV, and everything is in a wonderful spot. It makes sense for these announcements to be wrapped into the end of the religious festival. Bottom line: everybody is extremely excited because they have got to a foundational point for the upcoming turnaround that Iraq will go through. The whole economy will get a huge boost, worldwide.
They are just waiting for the IMF to give the word; we understand they have set the time for that, but we are not going to say it. We’re not going to leak that! We just pray everything stays on track.
I believe we are at a very, very close point for this to be done.
7-30-2014 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Adept 1]
It is actually done and we are just waiting for the announcement. We’re in place, we are...happy that this nightmare is over for you as well as us, and more happy for you Iraqis because of the enormous changes about to take place in the Middle East. All we can do is watch the clock. I had a call from my cousin who said he wants to sell his dinar, and I just told him “Don’t sell!” Finally, I said, “If it’s still there on Tuesday, then there will be a buyer.” He called me yesterday, and I still told him not to sell.
When he sees what it will come out at, he would regret it for the rest of his life. I couldn’t tell anyone to sell, not with what I’m seeing now. We are so close to getting to it...7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Stryker BREAKING NEWS: "
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki steps down today because of political pressure!"
That's is what is coming out of Iraq via seven (7) articles so far already in the last hour but earlier today his State Law Party denied he was doing so. What makes me lean to it being fact is that the State Law Coalition stated that they have nominated two candidates for the PM position; al-Jaafari and al-Shahristani This move would be an attempt to diminish the votes away from the New Coalition that makes up the New National Coalition to try to keep their party in power. ...I have just heard that they are getting close in announcing a single candidate and soon!

What is the next bench mark to watch for!?]
...that would be the budget and the HCL, both of them are a significant key to the financial outcome of changing the value in the near future. All we can do is sit and watch the progress happen like it is. This is so different than what was going on for the past few years, it is now getting exciting.
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: "
U.S. judge says Kurdish tanker near Texas out of court's jurisdiction"
...the very same judge who Tuesday morning issued the confiscation order for the Kurd oil sitting in the Gulf of Mexico south of Galveston...has basically rescinded her original order, saying the oil is out of the jurisdiction of her court.
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar The PM will then submit his new government to parliament and parliament will vote yes or no. Things have been moving very fast up until Eid al Fitr which started our Sunday night, and it will start up again tomorrow. I don't look for any movement on the RV until this government is complete and Maliki is out. The outside day is August 8th. That's when the clock will begin on the RV which should be within days of the government being done (Turki a couple of months ago said this - "The central bank will proceed without hesitation to apply the project raise zeros from the local currency in case settled political and economic situation of the country." [post 2 of 2] [To learn more about Drop the zeros project, visit the "Start Here" tab at the top of this page]
7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Ramadan is almost over and we are in a holding pattern until Thursday as the Iraqi's celebrate the great feast, Eid al Fitr. The NA has been determined to be the biggest block and that argument is over. The coalition has announced they will pick their nominee right after Eid al Fitr...this should come down to Mahdi or Chalabi... Once the NA determines who will be the nominee, al Jubouri (POP) will then reconvene parliament and Masum (POR) will then ask the NA to announce their nominee. At that point we have a government. By constitutional law the new PM will be given 30 days to construct a government which means assign Ministers and choose a Council Of Ministers (COM). I believe mostly because of the severity of the problems facing Iraq and the speed of which this process has been moving, he will fast tract that into a couple of days. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
7-30-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Big News - Maliki lost 22 votes from within his own SLC... - they just moved to the Sadr/Hakim side...not to mention Sharistani's bunch.
If this holds true - he's DONE!!7-30-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday THE BEST PART ABOUT THE PM NOMINATION IS THAT THE PRESIDENT OF IRAQ CAN CHOOSE FROM THE LARGEST GROUP PER THE CONSTITUTION SO NOT WORRIED HERE WITH ALL THE MOVEMENTS WE HAVE SEEN.
MALIKI`S PARTY IS NOT THE LARGEST AND HE WILL NOT BE CHOSEN...THAT IS GREAT NEWS TO ME.
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar The point I am making is what's changed from 2008 when it was determined back then the currency was worth 88 cents per dinar and the plan was to RV the currency per Shabibi according to the strategic study? I will tell you. Assets, and more assets, and some additional assets. Added altogether and if it were ever to be published on their...website, it is: 100 billion in foreign currency reserves, 120 tons of gold 82 billion released early last Oct-Nov which I think because Maliki had stated he was going to get the money, Turki deposited in BIS, and the additional 180 billion the US just stated was being released in the US of property, financial instruments, bank accounts and DFI funds. Somebody please tell me again how is it that a country that is this wealthy cannot RV their currency? Remember their neighbor next store Kuwait, has less the 40 billion in their reserves and only produces 1.5 mbpd (the same as Iraq back in 2008) and has a currency worth $3.48 USD per dinar? [post 2 of 2]
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar I hate to keep quoting the 2008 strategic study commissioned by the CBI but it concluded that far back that Iraq with its resources in 2008 could support 1.13 dinars to 1 USD. The reserves were sitting at around 30 billion at the time (not the 100 billion they are today), and they were producing 1.5 mbpd (not the 4 mbpd they are today). No gold had been discovered as of yet and the CBI did not own any gold then (certainly not the 120 tons as it does today. Their was no relationship with BIS with deposits in the billions being made into BIS, and they did not have the other assets reported to be 180 billion which includes the DFI had not been released and earmarked for the CBI due to the fact THEY HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM CHAPTER VII. 7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday IT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE TO HAVE GLOBAL BANKING WITH MASTERCARD WITH NO REALITY RATE IN PLACE BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT BE COMPETITIVE OR MAKE IT IN THE MARKET FOR IRAQ --- THEY HAVE BROUGHT IN MASTERCARD AND AFTER THE FEAST THEY WILL BE USING THE PAYMENT CARDS FOR CITIZENS.
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar It is amazing to what lengths these guys will try to go to. Their new battle plan is to say now that the document they signed along with Maliki saying the NA is the largest block, is a forged document. I think the document they all signed stating the NA is the largest block was most likely signed a while back at least a month ago. At the time it probably meant nothing to the SOL or Maliki because they figured that having 95 MP'S they controlled the NA anyway so there was no reason not to sign it...They never dreamed that this document took total control out of their hands and would be used against them and essentially turned the tide. This document has turned out to be the crux of their downfall. Now that's what I call crossing the T's and dotting the I's and great foresight. Last night was their 28th and Wednesday our day is the day after their 3rd night? EID will be over this Wednesday and they can get back to work?
7-28-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article quote: "...A source from the National Alliance, the four-way meeting was held yesterday evening between the head of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari and Parliament Speaker Salim al and Fuad Masum, President of the Republic and the President of the Federal Court Medhat al-Mahmoud to discuss the biggest bloc in parliament..." This article is saying al-Jubouri, Massoum, Medhat al-Mahmound and al-Jaafari met and decided the NA would be the ones to form the next GOI – not the SLC singularly. It goes on to say (translated) Massoum will call the NA to proceed later this week (essentially – based on the Eid al-Fitr timeline). HUGE NEWS turn out the lights Maliki - the party is OVER!!
7-28-2014 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Adept1] There is a date, a time and a final plan. Everyone has agreed. We’re there. That doesn’t mean it’s in the next 15 minutes, but we’re there. In Iraq, they have met with the incoming and outgoing PM, they have a PM ready to be announced. Hopefully it will be a great day and a great, great week...know that something could happen this week to change the rest of your life.
7-28-2014 Intel Guru DC [via Adept1] Everything looks really, really good and I pray this is the final thing. In Iraq, they are very busy with last-minute agreements. My take is they’ve had the PM now for many weeks. The security situation is going well, too. The CBI is ready...Banks are ready...The UN Security Council is happy with the ministers, and the progress being made. We can see the end in sight and it looks like we’re going to nail it. It looks really good.
7-28-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 BEING TOLD THEY WILL HAVE A EMERGENCY CALLED MEETING THIS WEEK. NOT CONFIRMED BUT A RUMOR FROM IRAQ. [in your opinion do you think Maliki will be gone by the end of the week?] ALL DEPENDS ON WHEN JABORI DECIDES TO ANNOUNCE THE NEW PM. I EXPECT THIS TO NOW HAPPEN AT ANYTIME.
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite two to three weeks ago I thought Maliki still had a chance to survive this. However, with al-Sistani speaking up and calling for a change, many within the SoL now have jumped ship using al-Sistani as cover. I believe Maliki is history.
7-28-2014 Intel Guru TerryK THE OIL TANKER FROM IRAQ...THE QUESTION IS WHO ORDERED IT AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY PAYING FOR IT. IF ITS TO THE US PART OF PAYMENT THEN I SAY WE ARE THERE. IF IT IS FOR PRODUCTION TO A PRIVATE GROUP I SAY WE ARE DAMN CLOSE. REMEMBER IRAQ OWES US SO MANY BILLION BARRELS RIGHT...PART OF THE AGREEMENTS.
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Baghdad newspaper of integrity: Quote: "Ibrahim Al-Jaafari said in a press statement that "the National Alliance is the largest parliamentary bloc, and not the State of law Coalition," I am posting this because of the importance...it is the crowning document being as al-Jaafrari is not just the head of the National Alliance but he is also part of the SOL (State of Law). The three blocks within the SOL, Jaafari's block, Badr block and the DAWA have all announced they no longer share the same position as the leadership of the SOL. They have by all definition defected as the SOL leadership continues to stand behind Maliki. The task now is to get everybody in the coalition to decide on one nominee. They have honed it down to three, two of which is Chalabi and Mahdi. I think we should have a uniform vote by Wednesday at the latest and it is possible that Jubouri will call them back into session before Friday of next week.
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni In fact, reading the "transition to a market economy" documents...state the central bank must move to the new Exchange Regime prior to opening the Capital Account. Which is great news for us because it gives us a timeline. Also, it make no sense for the CBI to RV prior to moving to a new regime as they would be forgoing profits (which is what the CBI wants) as the dinar rises. No international banks or central banks are going to just take "a leap of faith" on some RV of the dinar at say 1 to $1 rate. This is a much more complicated matter than just some simple RV... As Saleh stated...they want the dinar to be a "hard" currency (which means it must float) and be traded around the world and held in central banks for a very long time. The only way that happens is if the dinar appreciates gradually so the bankers can profit. [post 2 of 2]
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni currencies don't revalue when they change Exchange Regimes, they simply move from one to another. So the current rate is 1166 which means when they enter Article VIII and a new regime it will be at 1166. That being said, it won't stay there long. Every expert that I have ever seen has stated it is under valued which means that it will rise. And if Iraq lines up the economic activities as we stated, it should be like turning on a kitchen facet because once the CBI opens the Capital Account, investment will flow into Iraq and put people to work, new constructions, businesses, etc. Which will cause inflations with a fixed currency...so the dinar must rise as a result of transition to a market economy. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
7-28-2014 Newshound Guru Chattels "...a tanker loaded with crude oil from Iraqi Kurdistan currently anchored near the port of Galveston, Texas, and will be subject to a procedural inspection by the U.S. Coast Guard on Sunday before being allowed to unload its cargo." If the ship docks in a US port it would mark not only the first arrival of Kurdish crude oil to the United States but an important victory for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), which has faced challenges in finding buyers for its disputed crude oil. THE OFF LOADING OF THE OIL TANKER IN GALVESTON MAY BESPEAK AN AGREEMENT ON THE EXPORT OF OIL OUT OF KURDISTAN, WHICH WOULD BE VERY SIGNIFICANT I THINK.
7-27-2014 Intel Guru EXOGEN KURDISH OIL TANKER UNLOADING IN TEXAS RIGHT NOW IS SOME OF THE BIGGEST HISTORIC NEWS OF THIS INVESTMENT!!! THE KEY IS IT IS UNLOADING. THAT MEANS IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR.
7-27-2014 Intel Guru TerryK WORD I GOT IS ALL IS DONE, DONE, DONE AND WE ARE TO SEE THIS EITHER TONIGHT OR BY TUESDAY.
7-27-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 [when I saw the oil tanker go to galvinstan tx, it seems that Iraq has gone international and article compliance east to west.] FINALLY!!! These tanker carry oil that IMO Has an IR (International Rate).
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: "Kurdistan's oil tanker loaded with a value of 100 million U.S. dollars dock port" As this article indicates Family...this tanker is not yet docked in the US...it is anchored in the Gulf of Mexico..."off the Galveston coast". IMO, if this tanker is allowed to dock in the US that will be sending a strong message to Iraq and the ME as the US position regarding the Kurds sale of crude on the international market will have shifted significantly...it telegraphs the message that the US sees a unified government being put into place...one that will recognize the actions being taken by the Kurds in this "international process"...to me this could be HUGE...whether or not the US allows the ship to proceed to a dock and start to off-load.
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana We are nearing the end Ramadan, and I have feeling things are going to be heating up again real soon! Iraq in general is notorious for not accomplishing much during Ramadan, but this year was a bit of a refreshing change. Here's to good news soon...GO RV!!!
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar ...the definition of what constitutes the largest block was at issue. It was important to make sure to the coalition that they define that as something other than the SOL. Jubouri yesterday defined the largest block as the National Alliance effectively removing the power the SOL was trying to obtain through the courts by having them rule the SOL was the biggest block. The National Alliance (Shia Party) consists primarily of two opposing groups, the coalition 83 MP'S and the SOL 95 MP'S. (State of Law). The coalition wants Chalabi or Mahdi which are both acceptable to all Iraqi's and are non sectarian. The SOL leadership wants Maliki and has shown no interest in negotiating. Things are moving very fast and things are not going Maliki's way. He is still fighting but becoming more irrelevant every day. Side prediction - Maliki and the leadership of the SOL will be on an airplane heading to parts unknown within an hour of the announcement from the NA of their new nominee.
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru Chattels Article quotes: "The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, assured that the INA is the biggest bloc and not the State of Law Coalition headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki." "Habeeb al-Turfi, of the Citizen bloc assured that the Iraqi National Alliance is the biggest parliamentary bloc. Speaking to AIN, Turfi said "The biggest bloc is the INA due to its effect in the parliament and it will be able to nominate the next PM." WOW ! it seems clear now that President Massoum will designate the choice for PM made by the National Alliance then that PM must form and seat a government/Council of Ministers acceptable to a majority vote by the full Parliament within 30 days after designation by the POR (President of the Republic).
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday Report quote: "new Iraqi Parliamentary Speaker Jabouri, speaking at a press conference following Masoum’s election, called on the new president to “use his constitutional powers to choose a candidate from the largest political bloc." SO THE PRESIDENT HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL POWER TO PLACE THE PM FROM THE LARGEST BLOCK AND SEEMS TO BE REFERRING TO THAT TASK WITHIN TWO WEEKS. [Do you think they will stretch this out 2 more weeks?] I WOULD SAY NO BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL STATEMENTS BUT WE CAN ONLY WAIT – I DO SEE A SPEED THAT WE HAVE NOT WITNESSED BEFORE WITH ALL THAT ARE IN PLAY -- LAWS -- ELECTIONS -- AND SO MUCH MORE -- IT IS AMAZING TO SEE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. Quote: “There are a handful of very capable leaders who may emerge as the next prime minister of Iraq. We’re going to have to see this unfold very rapidly over the coming days.”
7-27-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 ...LIKE MY SOURCE HAS SAID THEY HAVE NEVER STOPPED THE MEETING ON HOW THEY WILL MOVE FORWARD AND THEY MEET TILL THEY AGREE ON A PROCESS OR CANDIDATES THEN THEY IMMEDIATELY REPORT THAT TO THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ THEN CONTINUE THE MEETING TILL THEY CROSS THE NEXT HURDLE. JABORI HAS BEEN AWESOME TO KEEP...THE WORLD NOTIFIED OF EVERY DETAIL OF PROGRESS AS HE MOVES THEM FORWARD. I SUSPECT A COUPLE MORE DAYS WILL SHOW MORE PROGRESS THAN WE REALLY EXPECT. WAIT AND SEE HOW HE PULLS OFF REMOVING MALIKI ...THAT...IS THE DAY THE POSSIBILITIES OF SEEING THE RV DOUBLES IMMEDIATELY. TURKI IS SAID TO BE STANDING IN WAITING TO MAKE HIS MOVE TO WELCOME AND ANNOUNCE FINANCIAL REFORM PROCESS.
7-27-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite ...just keep in mind that once Iraq has a PM and will have a budget very soon...as a government they will NOT be able to function using the IQD unless the CBI steps forward and completes the monetary reforms. In other words, they are showing us their intended time frames...it is now serious for Iraq because they are not protected (financially) by the UN Security Council anymore.
7-27-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG Article quote: "Montadhar T نajem @MontadharN 4h Islamic Dawa Party announces it is supporting Sayd Sistani call to replace the PM position with new name #Iraq" That is MASSIVE NEWS. That is Maliki's inner circle saying they are done with him. I like the news right now... Period.
7-26-2014 Intel/Newhound Guru Tlar Jubouri has just declared the NA is the" largest block" by constituional authority, not the SOL.. That means all of the 178 members of the NA will vote together to pick the PM nominee. Now we are off to the races with the coalition picking off members of the SOL to vote with them before it is brought to the floor for a vote. The coalittion will come out ahead on this because they are in locked step whereas the SOL can't keep their members together. Many in the SOL membership does't want Maliki either. All the coalition needs to bring this to a vote on the floor is 10-15 meembers of the SOL to vote with them. Once they are assured they have them we should see a vote. That way the coalition will control the outcome. The NA, controlled by the coalition, will choose the new PM nominee. IMO this won't take but a few days. SOL - checkmate
7-26-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite I am happy knowing that the necessary events are happening in Iraq and they will never do the things they have told us they are going to do unless the status of the IQD changes.
7-26-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 I AM ...THANKFUL WE ARE IN THE LAST FEW DAYS OF THIS JOURNEY. FINANCIAL REFORM LAWS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND THE CBI IS READY TO TURN THING LOOSE.
7-26-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar [Are you expecting this to go to the federal court?] Not sure yet if that will be necessary but it could come done to a legal definition. It is not over until it is over meaning a new PM nominee that is acceptable to all. This issue "largest block" is a contentious issue and I don't see it resolved yet until either the courts make a ruling or the SOL has enough defections come over to the coalition as to effectively change the dynamic within the NA to allow for the coalition to present its nominee. That is why this may end up in the courts whether they like it or not. I hope I am wrong but if the SOL has the legal right to call the nominee, this won't be over for months if this year at all. [post 2 of 2]
7-26-2014 Newshound Guru Tlar Article quote: "...the swearing began talks on forming the next government amid controversy over naming the largest parliamentary bloc." it comes down to this. Who's interpretation will the courts go with and what determines the biggest block. Maliki's interpretation or the coalition (Jubuori). Jubouri says it is whoever has the most MP'S on the day they vote and Maliki continues to insist he won the election and they are the owners. Let me simplify. Jubouri will win this argument in the court if they will hear the case and make a ruling and when they come to that conclusion through the courts, the coalition will by pass the SOL altogether. The SOL as a political party will have committed suicide and will become irrelevant altogether maybe even no longer existing as a major party. Constitutional interpretation will determine how this ends. Very nice job Jubouri. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
7-26-2014 Intel Guru EXOGEN The prime minister is already in place. Just like the Kurdistan BUDGET is COMPLETED! See the new President in IRAQ will make the announcement of the NEW Prime Minister. That is why it was so important to get the President seated for the process to WORK. Most Iraq news articles are DAYS old. Our contacts in Iraq get us information before it becomes an ARTICLE. And if you do not have global FINANCIAL contacts you will not get what is going on with the BANKING side. Just like the 15 countries who just TRADED and used IQD 48 hours ago to save their ECONOMY or SEE rates on BANK Screens in REAL Time. WHERE ARE WE? DAYS LEFT!!
7-26-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur The constitution stipulates they now have 15 days from Thursday to name their PM. This morning Grand Ayatollah Sistani said in no uncertain terms that Maliki must go one way or another for Iraq to remain within the specific time constraints of the constitution. Their recent TV newscast have consistently reported to their citizens that the security threat is diminishing and the newly formed special committees will immediately ratify a budget in conjunction with the necessary laws to allow the CBI to initiate the necessary economic reforms up to and including the deletion of the zeros otherwise known as the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar. Based on newly acquired top level intel the new confirmed window for the CE/IR/RI/RV is Monday July 28th thru Friday Aug. 8th. [post 2of 2]
7-26-2014 Newshound/Intel Guru Arthur There is absolutely no delay or holdup whatsoever. Things are going exactly according to the specific time constraints as outlined by the PTB via Kerry and Biden weeks ago. We are still well within the parameters set by the AOP. We are actually 6 days ahead of schedule. All of the major players in Iraq, the United States and Britain are ecstatic about the speed and efficiency of the political and economic progress of the newly formed government. The Maliki problem was dealt with by Jabouri and McGurk in a meeting with Hakim and Sadr the results of which will be announced shortly. They are also dealing with a major ISIS offensive which is being squashed in real by the PTB special ops. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
7-26-2014 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Adept1] Speaker has been announced publicly, and the President as well. All the positions have been selected, and it just hasn’t been made public for the PM. That means we only need one more person before we get the RV. I don’t think it will take months for that to happen. We feel good with everything we’re hearing over there and over here. We’ve heard several people say they want this to go to the 1st of January. As far as I know, almost everyone wants to get this done right now. [As far as dinar and dong go, you don’t think it will go past October?] I don’t think it’s going to go past this month! Are there people still trying to drag it out? Yes, but right now we are looking good. We hope this is the great weekend you’ve been looking for the last ten years.
7-26-2014 Intel Guru DC [via Adept1] In Iraq...everybody is happy there is a President and Speaker of the Parliament. The PM is selected but not public. The ISIS continues to be routed, and normal political stability is actually working. Everyone is ready, announcements have been made about announcements, and recordings have been done. They are just waiting for those to go out for the RV notices. Many organizations are physically represented in Iraq now, helping out with various issues including the RV. It’s really hot in Baghdad right now! In DC the IMF is ready and coordinating timing on this event. Once the PM is announced, it will be really hard to stop this thing from happening. [Is dong going to have a contract rate?] They are definitely giving a a contract rate for the dong; There are two contract rates for the dong...we just don’t know how prolific it will be. [ Do you think they will announce the PM in the next couple of days?] They have planned the celebration to do that now, but it does have to be coordinated through the IMF and others because the announcement and RV are supposed to occur at the same time.
