Additionally the IQD has not shown up with a RV rate on the FOREX, NASDAQ or any other legitimate exchange nor is it blinking on some…back room bank screen. Additionally there is no master global reset holding up currency reform in Iraq. The facts remain as has been reported for some time and…Iraq still does not have all the infrastructure in place to support currency reform long term. As these things (HCl for one) fall into place then currency reform will happen. The good news is the GOI and CBI seem to be working at intensified speed toward that end. We report, you decide.
